About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordination Manager to join Stripe's Global Recruiting Operations team. This role will focus on developing and supporting recruiting coordinators, streamlining recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, and providing metrics and analysis on productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a process owner for interview scheduling and candidate experience programs for a subset of the Global Recruiting Team
- →Act as a key partner to recruiting leadership and partners across the business to design and drive efficiency and implement scalable recruiting processes
- →Ensure coordinators are providing excellent support to recruiters; give timely feedback and troubleshoot issues
- →Develop and implement a global support model, inclusive of quality assurance and user support transitions between time zones
- →Partner closely with Stripe Delivery Center managers to ensure the success of our interview scheduling model
- →Support and encourage the growth of recruiting coordinators
- →Ensure candidates have a great experience during their interview process at Stripe and seek out new ways to improve candidate experience
- →Maintain data reports and performance metrics, and report out to the Global Recruiting and Global People Support team
- →Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience within a Recruiting or growing user-facing organization
- ✓1+ years of experience managing people, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support a team
- ✓Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
- ✓A team player with excellent relationship management skills
- ✓Knowledge of recruiting processes
- ✓Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements
- ✓Data- and systems-savvy; ability to drive improvements to our scheduling and interview management tooling and reporting
