About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Stripe's Delivery Centers (SDCs) team. This role focuses on driving the successful integration of new business functions at the SDC, partnering with various teams to enhance operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Scoping incoming work for the SDC
- →Partnering with incoming business teams to understand current processes and workflows
- →Shaping high level training plans and quality processes with Ops and SDC stakeholders
- →Working with incoming teams to inventory and implement tooling and access requirements
- →Identifying key risk areas in the workflow and designing checks and control procedures
- →Supporting recruiting activities including functional questions, written prompts, and interviewer panels
- →Leading and managing multiple transition projects to the SDC concurrently
Requirements
- ✓7-9 years of demonstrated program and project management experience
- ✓Experience in strategic, analytical, and operational roles in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship building skills
- ✓Experience executing complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders
- ✓Analytical approach to decision-making with a focus on metrics
- ✓Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- ✓Highly organized and comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
