About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join Bridge, a company creating a new payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. This role will be responsible for the health, success, and technical enablement of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts
- →Drive onboarding and integration success
- →Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response
- →Translate customer needs into product feedback
- →Proactively identify opportunities to increase account value
- →Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks
- →Provide consultative guidance on payments architecture
- →Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers
- →Create and maintain customer-facing technical content
- →Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles
- ✓Strong experience with RESTful APIs
- ✓Proficiency with SQL for data exploration
- ✓Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience owning complex projects
- ✓Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
