About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to join Stripeβs Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE&O) team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with financial ecosystem partners, facilitating technical integrations, and ensuring optimal performance of solutions with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
- βTechnical Integration: Collaborate closely with partners to define and implement successful integrations, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- βPerformance Tracking: Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts, leveraging metrics and data analysis to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction.
- βCross-Functional Collaboration: Work across multiple Stripe teamsβincluding Engineering, Product, and Partner Developmentβto support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions that benefit partners.
- βIncident Management: Assist in incident resolution by coordinating with internal teams to manage partner communications effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
- βOperational Efficiencies: Identify inefficiencies within Stripeβs operating model, proposing and driving effective solutions to address them.
- βTraining and Support: Provide ongoing training, documentation and support to partners, helping them leverage Stripeβs technology and products effectively.
- βFeedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to inform improvements in internal processes and product functionalities.
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- βMinimum of 2 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially managing external partnerships.
- βProven ability to drive medium to large-sized technical projects in collaboration with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to enhance decision-making.
- βExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- βWillingness to travel (30%) as partner needs require, and occasional off hours /rotational coverage for incidents.
