About the Role
Strongpoint Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the Director of FP&A. This role focuses on financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis across Strongpoint partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and provide value-added insights to business partners
- →Maintain and enhance the monthly financial forecast to support strategic planning
- →Assist with the annual budgeting process, partnering with departments and business units
- →Perform ad hoc financial analysis to provide deeper insights into business performance
- →Partner with the Accounting team to enhance the GL structure and improve financial reporting processes
- →Consolidate, report, and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
- →Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve reporting workflows
- →Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality financial analysis
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related finance role
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ✓Experience supporting or building a corporate budgeting process
- ✓Strong experience with variance analysis and financial commentary
- ✓Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights
- ✓Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- ✓High level of attention to detail and analytical rigor
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- ✓Vena or similar FP&A software experience preferred
- ✓Sage Intacct experience is a plus
