Our international Supply organization is seeking a Supply Manager for DACH region. This role will be based in Switzerland, preferably Zurich. German fluency is required. All key supplier relationships outside of North America are managed by the international supply team. The Supply Manager reports to the International Supply Operations Manager.
What You'll Do:
• This role is responsible for building and scaling high-quality ticket supply (pricing, quality, and coverage) in underpenetrated markets.
• You will identify supply gaps, source and onboard new sellers, and grow strategic supplier relationships to ensure the right inventory is consistently available on the platform.
• Map your region’s supply landscape, identify inventory gaps (by event, category, and seller type), and prioritize high-impact acquisition opportunities
• Acquire new ticket suppliers across sports, concerts, theatre, and other live events through networking and developing personal relationships.
• Represent your region internally to the International Operations Manager by communicating your progress in monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Own regional supply KPIs including inventory depth, sell-through, revenue contribution, and supplier concentration
• Use data to identify gaps and launch targeted initiatives to improve supply quality and coverage
• Review the company’s operations across all countries in your market to ensure that we are consistently delivering high-quality service to both sellers and buyers
• Own the full commercial lifecycle: pipeline creation, deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing revenue growth
• Operate with high autonomy in your region, making prioritization and investment decisions based on ROI
• Achieve mutually beneficial and industry-leading economic terms through complex negotiations
• Be the key point of contact for your region’s largest suppliers
• You own client-facing conversations and complex negotiations
What You've Done:
• Highly autonomous / self-starter
• Strong commercial instincts
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
• Relationship-driven but data-informed
• Experience in account management
• Experience leading end-to-end sales cycles
• Passion for live events
• Medium knowledge of Excel and related data skills to create sales presentations and deal/project post-mortems
• SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
