About the Role
We are looking for a high agency, product-minded Software Engineer II to join our Consumer Experience organization at StubHub. This role involves real ownership across the stack and direct impact on millions of fans, focusing on building scalable consumer features and integrating AI-powered capabilities into user-facing product flows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build high-scale consumer features used by millions
- →Own projects from ambiguous problem statements to production rollout
- →Work across frontend and backend systems to deliver outcomes
- →Ship A/B experiments and iterate based on real user behavior
- →Integrate AI-powered capabilities into user-facing product flows
- →Partner deeply with product, design, and data as an equal stakeholder
- →Continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
- ✓3 to 5 years of experience building and shipping real production systems
- ✓Ownership of meaningful product features end to end
- ✓Experience across the stack, with full stack experience strongly preferred
- ✓Experience shipping consumer-facing features and understanding of performance, UX, and reliability
- ✓Experience with experiments or A/B testing frameworks
- ✓Ability to design systems that scale and articulate tradeoffs
- ✓Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively
- ✓Experience in high ownership, high expectations, and fast shipping velocity environments
