The role We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, AI to help build an AI-first marketing engine at Suite. This person will own key marketing programs across content, product launches, website, lifecycle, and customer storytelling, while using AI to make the team faster, sharper, and more effective. This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We want someone who uses AI as part of how they operate every day: for research, messaging development, campaign creation, workflow automation, analysis, and experimentation. You should know how to combine strong marketing judgment with modern AI tools to drive high-quality output at startup speed. What you’ll do - Own execution of core marketing programs across content, email, website, launches, and customer stories - Turn product capabilities and customer value into clear, compelling messaging - Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, repurposing, SEO, campaign planning, and reporting - Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for marketing production and operations - Partner with founders, sales, and product to improve positioning and go-to-market execution - Manage and improve website content, landing pages, and conversion paths - Support product launches with messaging, content, and campaign assets - Help define how AI is used across the marketing team as a real operating system, not a novelty What we’re looking for - 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or content-led marketing - Strong writing and messaging skills - Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, content, workflow automation, and performance analysis - Strong taste, strong judgment, and high standards for quality - Ability to move from strategy to execution without a lot of overhead - Bonus: experience marketing technical, workflow, infrastructure, or creative-industry products What success looks like - Higher marketing output without sacrificing quality - Clearer messaging and stronger positioning - Faster launch execution - Better conversion across the website and lifecycle funnel - AI becoming a real force multiplier for the marketing function as Suite scales Benefits at Suite: - Best in class health & dental - Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility - Unlimited paid time off - Fitness & wellness stipend - Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.
