About the Role
We are looking for an Italian Customer Support Agent to join our international team at SumUp in Barcelona. This role involves being the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking merchants, helping them solve problems and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the first point of contact for Italian merchants, providing support through calls, emails, and chats.
- →Manage, prioritize, and resolve customer requests efficiently.
- →Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across various topics including Banking, Invoicing, and CNP.
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions and process improvements.
- →Continuously learn about products and services to provide accurate support.
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or above).
- ✓Passionate about helping people and solving problems.
