About the Role

We are looking for an Inbound Account Executive to join our team in London, focusing on the Dutch market. This role involves engaging with inbound leads and helping small businesses in the Netherlands succeed with SumUp's payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Engage with inbound leads from the Dutch market, qualifying, consulting, and converting them
→Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and Dutch
→Deliver tailored product demos and explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges
→Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion
→Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with team and regional targets
→Collaborate with the wider European sales team to share insights about the Dutch market and customer trends

Requirements

✓Speak Dutch fluently (C2/native level) and English at a professional level
