Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive who can lead internal operations, manage recruitment, and spearhead our marketing efforts to take our business to the next level. This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication skills, particularly in English, who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand our business and increase market presence. Internal Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing recruitment, employee management, and improving operational processes. Marketing & Digital Campaigns: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, content marketing) to increase visibility and generate leads. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development and marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or relevant field. Experience in business development, operations management, and digital marketing. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (required for communication with global clients and team(USA, AUSTRALIA, DUBAI, BRAJIL & GERMANY). Ability to work independently in a remote work setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
