About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to serve as the operational backbone of Sunday's 2026 Founding Family Program. This program involves early-adopter families testing Memo's first suite of skills in their homes, helping to shape future product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set clear participant expectations regarding privacy, data practices, and time commitments
- →Select and onboard founding families through application review and screening calls
- →Run program operations including participant onboarding logistics and program documentation
- →Coordinate deployment logistics with Field Ops & Logistics Manager
- →Gather and synthesize user feedback through interviews and behavior observation
- →Build program infrastructure with workflows, templates, and tracking systems
- →Support product scoping through user research and requirements gathering
- →Track metrics and report progress on program health and participant satisfaction
- →Serve as a flexible problem-solver to adapt quickly to challenges
- →Work closely with leadership including Head of Product and Senior PM
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in product management, operations, program management, or consulting
- ✓Operational excellence with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- ✓Scrappiness and resourcefulness to figure things out independently
- ✓Strong communication skills for interacting with participants and internal teams
- ✓User empathy to understand participant needs and perspectives
- ✓Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity
- ✓Bias toward action with a preference to ship and iterate rather than wait for perfect information
- ✓Comfort working with senior leadership in discussions and decision-making
