About the Role
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Lead to join our Data Operations team at Sunday, a company developing personal robots to automate repetitive tasks. This role involves managing our growing fleet of hardware and ensuring data trainers have the equipment they need to collect high-quality data for our models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the hardware fleet and deployment of data collection kits
- →Coordinate with fulfillment partners to supply equipment to data trainers
- →Manage a team of deployment associates
- →Oversee hardware replacements, returns, and shipping processes
- →Streamline deployment processes in coordination with the Data Ops team
- →Document common hardware issues and develop solutions
- →Provide process support to Hardware engineering for device tracking
Requirements
