About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. This role involves frontline customer service, order processing, shipping, and delivery operations to support our fluid control and industrial supply distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, entering orders and answering questions
- →Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost-effectively for customers
- →Organize stock and maintain locations on computer systems
- →Drive company-owned trucks to deliver orders to customers
- →Load and unload truck deliveries
- →Provide excellent customer service when engaging with customers
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience
- ✓Driving and delivery experience
- ✓Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ✓Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus
- ✓Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
- ✓Solid interpersonal skills to maintain cooperative working relationships
- ✓Reliable and effective communication abilities
- ✓Strong teamwork and professional demeanor
