About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our distribution facility. This role involves hands-on leadership to ensure customer-focused order-to-delivery excellence and optimal balance of service, cost, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead day-to-day operational and process management for compliant, expedient material flow
- →Champion all aspects of perfect order receipt including pick, pack, ship, will call, and delivery
- →Manage inventory processes including receiving, replenishing, depleting, and cycle counts
- →Analyze performance, manage escalations, and deliver systemic solutions and projects
- →Provide guidance and direction for best practice processes and personnel leadership
- →Ensure accurate and timely reporting of performance measurements
- →Liaise with cross-functional personnel to support fulfillment, transport, and delivery
Requirements
- ✓College degree or 3-5 years of warehousing/physical distribution experience
- ✓Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills to maintain cooperative working relationships
- ✓Strong leadership skills to promote teamwork and professionalism
- ✓Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management systems
- ✓Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment
- ✓Solid written, verbal, and math skills
