We are a complete technical resource, providing our customers valuable services such as initial design support, subassembly and kitted products, inventory programs, and hydraulic repair.  We serve many OEM equipment manufacturers and the various plants, mills, mines, and factories that power the global economy.  Essential Functions • Develop and grow relationships with OEM and industrial customers within your assigned territory • Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts • Work directly with customers to specify and apply hydraulic and motion control solutions for mobile equipment and industrial applications • Conduct sales calls, technical discussions, and solution presentations with engineers, maintenance teams, and purchasing managers • Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions and excellent service • Manage your sales pipeline and territory using CRM and sales planning tools • Stay current on fluid power technologies, products, and application solutions Experience, Education, & Skills • 2+ years of industrial or fluid power sales experience, preferably supporting mobile/off-highway equipment or OEM customers • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting • Ability to build long-term relationships with engineers, operations teams, and decision makers • Comfortable discussing technical product applications and system solutions • Self-motivated with strong territory and time management skills • Two- or four-year engineering or technical degree, fluid power training, or equivalent industry experience • Fluid Power certification (IFPS) is a plus • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory Why Join SunSource • Competitive base salary plus commission • Established brand and strong presence in the fluid power industry • Access to engineering expertise and technical support resources • Opportunities to grow your territory and expand your earning potential • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Paid vacation and holidays • Tuition reimbursement and professional development • Mileage reimbursement • At SunSource, you'll join a team-oriented environment where technical expertise, customer relationships, and entrepreneurial sales drive success.
