About the Role
Energy Hydraulics is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in a field-based role. This position involves owning a defined territory, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering fluid power solutions to industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and grow a defined North/Central Texas territory
- →Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their operations
- →Sell and support fluid power components, systems, and services
- →Partner with internal technicians and service teams to deliver solutions
- →Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling
- →Represent Energy Hydraulics professionally at customer sites
- →Conduct full cycle outside sales activities including prospecting and customer visits
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/bachelors preferred)
- ✓2+ years of progressive sales experience, including industrial sales
- ✓Experience selling mobile hydraulic components, service, or repair preferred
- ✓Background in fluid power, industrial technology, or mechanical systems
- ✓Fluid Power Certification is a plus
- ✓Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- ✓Solid computer skills
- ✓Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight as needed
- ✓Ability to move throughout the day, visit job sites, and lift up to 50 lbs
