About the Role
We are looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Salt Lake City, UT area. This role focuses on building relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with District Sales Manager
- →Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
- →Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- →Leverage support from inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
- →Use CRM tools and data insights to manage pipeline and territory effectively
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in related field, 2-year technical degree with Fluid Power focus, or equivalent experience
- ✓3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales preferred)
- ✓Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn CRM systems
- ✓Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
