About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join Sun Studio, a game developer with over 1 billion plays. This strategic role will help drive organizational growth by attracting the right talent to achieve business goals. You will act as a bridge between business leaders and the talent market, aligning hiring strategies with workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to onboarding
- →Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and build effective sourcing strategies
- →Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search
- →Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports
- →Support employer branding activities and contribute to recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- ✓Experience recruiting for the Game industry or Tech roles is preferred
- ✓Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- ✓Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- ✓Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present recruitment reports
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- ✓Strong negotiation skills, particularly in offer management and candidate closing
- ✓Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
