About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to help drive the adoption of Supabase across diverse customers, from startups to established brands. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and lead proof-of-value implementations.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives
→Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations
→Collaborate with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value
→Guide new customers through an onboarding journey
→Understand immediate and long-term customer goals to build meaningful account plans
→Deliver synchronous and asynchronous engagements with customers
→Serve as an internal champion for customers and the platform
→Build trust-based relationships with customers

Requirements

✓6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar
✓Strong background with relational database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL
✓Background in web application development with familiarity with Python, C#, JavaScript frameworks, and Node.js
✓Very strong communication skills, particularly of technical concepts
✓Well-organized and effective storyteller with meaningful interpersonal skills
✓Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools
✓Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements
