About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Analytics & Data Science team at Super.com. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work alongside product managers, software engineers, and designers in our mission-aligned team model. You will conduct in-depth analyses, productionize your work, and gain deep experience in specific business problems and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and build predictive models
- →Investigate data trends, patterns, and anomalies through exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- →Access, clean, and transform large raw datasets for modeling and analysis
- →Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate problems into data science solutions
- →Identify business challenges with impactful data solutions and build appropriate solutions
- →Design and execute personalization experiments like A/B tests
- →Develop, prototype, and validate machine learning models and algorithms
- →Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate technical findings
- →Follow best practices for reproducibility, model evaluation, documentation, and version control
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in data science roles
- ✓Experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- ✓Intermediate knowledge of SQL with DBT for creating and transforming datasets
- ✓Strong programming skills with machine learning packages (sklearn, pandas, numpy, tensorflow)
- ✓Collaborative and verbose communication about business questions
