We are looking for a Product Manager for one of our Player product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to our customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Player product vertical.
We're looking for someone with:
β’ 4+ years experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams
β’ Customer-focused and data-driven with a passion for solving customer problems
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
β’ Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
β’ Good understanding of technology and agile development methodologies
β’ Familiarity with Identity Verification products (KYC, AML) is a plus
What you'll be doing
β’ Contributing to the product roadmap based on customer insights, data and business needs
β’ Working with engineering, design, data, compliance and external providers to design and deliver industry-leading products
β’ Managing the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility
β’ Working cross-functionally with partner managers, marketing, designers, customer service and operations teams to deliver product initiatives
β’ Coordinating product launches and ensuring smooth rollout of new features
β’ Defining success metrics and using data to measure the performance of product features.
β’ Monitoring product performance in-life and iterating based on feedback and data insights
β’ Maintaining awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement
