Sales Track Record: Has a proven track record in a sales role (e.g., Sales Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Sales Agent, Telephone Sales Agent, etc.) in a B2C environment.

Technical Skills: Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or has experience with data tools such as Tableau.

Analytical Mindset: Proves an analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, analysis, or data mining.

Linguistic Skills: Has excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken). Your portfolio will be mostly French.

Issue Resolution: Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.

Key Account Champion: Acting as the Key Account Champion for Key Accounts, ensuring that contacts and inquiries are prioritizedβboth individually and across all departments or third parties.

Compliance: Collaborating closely with the Responsible Gaming department.
