We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team, responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner while accurately documenting interactions. Youβll dig into technical and operational issues, escalate the tricky ones to our expert teams, and help keep our support knowledge up to date. Your day to day will include:
β’ Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, while accurately documenting these interactions
β’ Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
β’ Escalating complex issues to higher level technical teams when necessary
β’ Assisting in maintaining the customer service knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
β’ Actively participating in ongoing training and certification programs to expand your technical knowledge and skills

β’ Affinity to a customer support role, with sound technical knowledge and skills. Previous customer support experience is an advantage
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
β’ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
