About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (AI) to drive adoption and understanding of Superside’s AI-first creative services. This role ensures customers and internal teams clearly understand the value, use cases, and impact of AI in modern creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans for Superside’s AI-powered creative services.
- →Translate AI capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with creative and marketing teams.
- →Partner with AI Consulting, AI Creative, Product, and TPD to align messaging with real customer use cases.
- →Collaborate with Content Marketing to create customer-facing assets that support education, adoption, and thought leadership.
- →Work with Enablement and Customer Success to train Sales and CS teams on AI offerings and how to position them.
- →Support launches and ongoing enhancements, incorporating customer insights and competitive context into messaging.
- →Partner with Customer Marketing to drive adoption and engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- →Track adoption, feedback, and market signals to refine messaging and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS, creative tech, or martech.
- ✓Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping creative and marketing workflows.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Sales, and Customer teams.
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-moving environments.
- ✓Customer-centered mindset with a bias toward clarity, usefulness, and adoption.
- ✓Preferably experience with AI-enabled creative tools or services.
- ✓Background supporting training, enablement, or adoption programs.
- ✓Bonus point for prior experience in creative or agency-adjacent environments.
