Superside is looking for a Social Media Specialist to support our social media efforts and help bring our brand to life across key platforms. In this role, youβll work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager to execute content, manage day-to-day operations, and experiment with formats that help Superside stand out as the worldβs leading AI-powered creative service.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone early in their career who is deeply online, creatively curious, and eager to learn how strategic social media is built inside a fast-moving, creative-first company.
Youβll help turn ideas into posts, trends into experiments, and campaigns into daily content β while learning how social supports bigger brand and business goals.
What You'll Do
β’ Support the execution of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
β’ Comfortable appearing on camera for short-form social content and social-first video formats.
β’ Be hands-on in creating, editing, and publishing short-form video and static social content
β’ Help manage the social content calendar and daily posting schedule
β’ Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement, flagging opportunities and insights
β’ Support employee advocacy efforts, including drafting and adapting LinkedIn posts
β’ Track performance metrics and help compile social reporting and insights
β’ Stay on top of social trends, formats, memes, and platform updates and share back with the team.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and broader creative/content teams
β’ Assist with social execution for larger marketing campaigns and launches
What You'll Need to Succeed
β’ 1β2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
β’ Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
β’ Solid writing skills and a good feel for tone, clarity, and internet culture
β’ Basic video editing skills, with experience using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
β’ Comfortable using basic social media tools (or excited to learn tools like Sprout Social)
β’ Enthusiastic about AI and its possibilities for creatives and marketers, with experience experimenting with tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered creative tools
β’ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented β able to manage multiple tasks at once
β’ Curious mindset and eagerness to learn how strategic brand social works
β’ Interest in creative industries, marketing, and how AI is changing creative work
β’ Fluent English, written and spoken
β’ Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative team
