If you want to:
β’
Conduct both evaluative and exploratory research across our desktop and mobile products;
β’
Own the full research process: from defining research goals and choosing methods to running sessions, synthesising insights, and reporting findings;
β’
Help establish UX research as a stronger, more structured practice within the product development process;
β’
Create and improve research procedures, templates, documentation, and ways of working for future research activities;
β’
Gather user feedback to help ensure our products are usable, user-friendly, and aligned with real user needs;
β’
Map user journeys to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for future improvement;
β’
Conduct research sessions (mostly online), including interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions;
β’
Work closely with product, design, development teams, and other stakeholders to turn research findings into actionable improvements.

Experience taking full ownership of research work from start to finish;
β’
Confidence working in a role where some processes still need to be created, improved, and introduced;
β’
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
β’
Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data and turn it into clear, relevant insights;

Competence in reporting research findings in a clear, practical, and stakeholder-friendly manner;
β’
Confidence in asking the right questions at the right time, challenging assumptions, and constructively questioning ideas;

A proactive mindset and willingness to help build the foundations of UX research in the organisation.
Bonus points if you:

Are proficient with remote user testing and user interviews;

Have experience in visual design testing;

Can combine qualitative research findings with quantitative data;

Have a proven track record of creating research templates, repositories, or research operations practices;
