About the Role
SurveyMonkey is looking for a high-impact Technical Program Manager to drive critical technical initiatives. This role requires bridging the gap between Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the execution of highly complex, cross-functional programs from inception to launch
- →Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards (JQL, Google Sheets/Tableau) for real-time project visibility
- →Partner with Engineering Leads to identify technical dependencies and resource gaps
- →Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage intricate workstreams
- →Refine agile rituals and delivery frameworks to improve team output
Requirements
- ✓8–12 years of technical program management experience in SaaS environments
- ✓Proven track record of shipping 2–3 "v1" products or major platform migrations
- ✓Ability to decompose vague product goals into concrete technical roadmaps
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to influence leadership while remaining a trusted peer
- ✓Deep understanding of PDLC/SDLC and various agile methodologies
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Jira/Atlassian suite for predicting bottlenecks
