Role: Data Scientist Location: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities Lead AI and data strategy, onboard new data sources, and build end-to-end pipelines across analytics, ML, DL, NLP, GenAI, and Agentic AI. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and maintain production-grade AI & data products such as RAG search, LLM assistants, and anomaly-detection systems. Run analytical experiments—classification, forecasting, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and A/B testing—to solve cross-domain business challenges. Collect, clean, and enrich large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets (text, images, audio, sensor & graph data). Design, train, and validate ML models, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and instruction-tuned LLMs; track model drift and drive iterative improvements. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, function calling, and agentic task-planning workflows. Document insights, build reusable components, and mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.

Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree or certifications in AI / ML / DL / NLP are an added advantage.
