About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Billing Coder to accurately analyze and bill for healthcare services using ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze complex medical records to identify services requiring billing
- →Assign appropriate ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for services rendered
- →Sequence billing codes in compliance with third-party payer requirements
- →Obtain clarification when presented with conflicting or non-specific documentation
- →Review coding-related denials from payors and recommend resolution strategies
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding systems
- ✓Understanding of third-party payer requirements
