Key Responsibilities
- →Develop new programs or modify existing ones based on business requirements in areas such as Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflow
- →Lead requirement gathering meetings with business users and assist with system configuration and setup
- →Work with Oracle’s development tools to resolve issues and build custom applications
- →Prepare test environments and collaborate with Oracle support staff to develop resolutions for application issues
- →Investigate unused Application modules and study those in use
- →Provide Level 2 production support by troubleshooting issues and offering workarounds
- →Work with business owners to support and troubleshoot production system issues
- →Monitor system health and assist with maintenance tasks
- →Participate in departmental tasks and stay updated with Oracle’s technology advancements
- →Provide technical support to other IT developers
- →Follow IT policies and maintain regulatory controls
Requirements
- ✓Senior level development experience with Oracle’s development toolset
- ✓Advanced troubleshooting skills
- ✓Experience implementing new Oracle application modules
- ✓Ability to support existing application modules
- ✓Knowledge of Oracle’s e-business suite
