About the Role
We are looking for a Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and manage our enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. This role focuses on transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and SSRS
- →Build and manage ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS
- →Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable BI solutions
- →Optimize data models, queries, and reporting performance
- →Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts
- →Work with large datasets across multiple systems and platforms
- →Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
- →Support analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting initiatives
Requirements
- ✓5 to 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering
- ✓Strong hands-on expertise in SSRS, SSIS, and Tableau
- ✓Strong SQL scripting and performance tuning skills
- ✓Experience designing complex ETL workflows and data transformations
- ✓Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- ✓Experience working with relational databases
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
- ✓Experience with cloud data platforms
- ✓Knowledge of Python, R, or Power BI
- ✓Experience with CI/CD for BI deployments
- ✓Exposure to Big Data ecosystems
