About the Role
We are seeking an attentive and goal-oriented Software Support Engineer to join our team at NICE Systems. This role involves working with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with customers and ownership for issues, collaborating with higher tiers for end-to-end resolution
- →Assist customers with requests for assistance via multiple channels including phone, email, and various web contact methods (chat, e-Services)
- →Work in accordance with NICE support processes, procedures, and contractual SLAs
- →Determine problems through detailed troubleshooting exploration with customers
- →Document all customer interactions in CRM tool in accordance with SLA
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Java, SQL, and AWS
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills
- ✓Excellent communication abilities
- ✓Familiarity with CRM tools
- ✓Understanding of support processes and SLAs
