About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for recruiting and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- →Spearhead the direction for recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and new hires
- →Drive productivity of Recruiters and ensure 100% fill rate and on time hiring for all requirements
- →Partner with different internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right candidate flow and quality
- →Ensure 100% compliance for the completion of background checks and other pre-employment requirements
- →Collaborate with internal and external partners on project and initiatives related to delivering on hiring needs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading recruiting teams and driving hiring processes
- ✓Strong understanding of compliance requirements for background checks and pre-employment processes
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to drive productivity and ensure hiring targets are met
