About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Process & Analytics Subject Matter Expert to lead operational excellence in recruitment. This role combines strategic process improvement with hands-on execution to drive efficiency optimization across high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee high-volume phone screening operations across multiple sites
- →Drive success in achieving and exceeding daily targets (200-450 calls/day, 40 endorsements, 16 onsite walk-ins, 2 job offers)
- →Assist in managing and refining 3 recruitment pipelines: Online, ERP, and College Connect
- →Analyze recruitment data to identify root causes and performance gaps
- →Develop actionable insights and process enhancements
- →Serve as backup for the Team Leader in critical TA operations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition and process optimization
