About the Role
As a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department, responsible for reviewing client account opening requests and ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review client’s account opening requests from an AML/CTF standpoint
- →Review tax compliance aspects, including FATCA and CRS
- →Contribute in drafting internal memos and procedures
- →Participate in reviews of key clients
- →Participate in key regulatory projects
- →Optimize internal processes and guidelines
- →Provide support and advice to the Front line and management
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of AML/CTF regulations
- ✓Knowledge of tax compliance requirements
- ✓Ability to draft internal memos and procedures
- ✓Experience in regulatory projects
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
