About the Role
You will oversee an engineering team of .NET / MSD software engineers and experts, focusing on developing and maintaining Swissquote's CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Directly manage a team of software engineers and experts
- →Ensure successful deliveries of the team's projects
- →Organize and plan all team activities following agile software methodology
- →Evaluate team efficiency based on technical and business knowledge
- →Monitor and address required technical investments according to department guidelines
- →Foster collaboration with stakeholder departments
- →Grow team members and ensure their personal development plans
- →Perform regular and annual individual assessments
- →Hire and successfully integrate new talent into the team
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing software engineering teams
