About the Role
Sword Health is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team and help bring creative concepts to life through editorial and motion graphics. This role focuses on telling visually compelling brand stories and enhancing our video production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and bring creative concepts to life using editorial and motion graphics skills
- →Tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories
- →Communicate clearly and timely with all team members
- →Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives
- →Design projects from scratch and expand upon existing packages
- →Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
- →Adhere to current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
- →Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles
- →Lead editing and post-production projects, including video editing
- →Integrate into the video production team to enhance projects
- →Work with external suppliers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- ✓Reel and online portfolio showcasing numerous examples of current work
- ✓Minimum three years experience animating and creating motion graphics
- ✓Great understanding of animation and design principles
- ✓Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- ✓Knowledge of Rive for integrating motion graphics into digital experiences
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines
- ✓Ability to solve challenges through visual design
- ✓Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
- ✓Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- ✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
