About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the Predict business unit at Sword Health, overseeing strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight. This role will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability, managing the budgeting process, and making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and control costs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Predict end-to-end as a business: define strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes
- →Run Predict’s operating system: set goals and KPIs, lead planning cycles, and establish a strong execution cadence
- →Drive Predict’s P&L: own budget, forecasting, resourcing, and ROI trade-offs
- →Build and scale the department: lead two pods and ensure clear accountability
- →Expand data access at scale: unlock and operationalize claims, prior auth, Rx, and real-time feeds
- →Advance Predict’s intelligence layer: steer AI/ML, data engineering, and product to improve model accuracy
- →Drive engagement with Growth: optimize multi-channel journeys and experimentation
- →Lead cross-functionally: align Product, Clinical, Ops, Growth, CS, and Commercial
- →Act as a visible leader: communicate clearly, unblock teams quickly, and make high-quality decisions
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of leadership experience across product, strategy, operations, or general management
- ✓Proven end-to-end ownership: driving outcomes from strategy through execution
- ✓Strong financial and operational acumen: forecasting, budgeting, KPI design
- ✓Highly analytical and data-driven: able to translate insights from dashboards and BI tools
- ✓Experience building and scaling teams: strong people leadership with a high bar for talent and culture
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence: able to align executives and drive decisions
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity: creates clarity, structure, and momentum in complex environments
- ✓Experience delivering complex products or programs: working across enterprise clients, external partners, and data integrations
- ✓Experience with AI-first platforms: including agents, orchestration systems, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- ✓Experience in healthcare ecosystems: including benefits, payers, care navigation, or cost-containment / utilization management
