About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product for Bloom, a women's health solution that blends AI and clinical expertise. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of a product that has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2C clinical platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, member needs, and clinical best practices.
- →Lead and grow a high-performing product team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and accountability.
- →Collaborate closely with clinical experts, design, engineering, marketing, and member support to bring innovative and effective health solutions to market.
- →Use data, research, and feedback from users, clinicians, and other stakeholders to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- →Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in product development from day one.
- →Build, measure, and optimize product performance metrics, including engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
- →Represent the voice of the user — clinicians and patients — in strategic decision-making and cross-functional discussions.
- →Create a world-class discovery and experimentation machine: fast iteration cycles, clear hypotheses, instrumented measurement, and decision velocity without compromising safety.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- ✓Strong track record of shipping and scaling B2C digital products, ideally in health, wellness, or a clinical setting.
- ✓Deep understanding of product strategy, customer development, and agile methodologies.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- ✓Experience working with regulated products or in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
- ✓Strong analytical skills and comfort with both quantitative and qualitative data.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate product decisions to technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change.
