About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Team Lead to drive operational excellence across the organization. This hybrid role combines strategic project ownership with team mentorship, focusing on leveraging AI and data to automate workflows and optimize capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline operational workflows
- →Own and execute end-to-end strategic workstreams with complex resources and timelines
- →Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering high performance and growth
- →Use advanced data analysis to build frameworks and drive evidence-based decision-making
- →Partner with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to align operations with business strategies
- →Own departmental headcount and resource planning for cost-optimized growth
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations in high-growth tech environments
- ✓Proven experience managing direct reports and leading multidisciplinary teams
- ✓Strong track record of using technology and AI tools for operational improvements
- ✓High proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets for data insights
- ✓Ability to connect data, people, and processes to design scalable solutions
- ✓Proactive, hands-on approach with agility in fast-paced environments
