About the Role
Synapticure is seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Director to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational finance across the organization. This role will serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership in a high-growth, mission-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Head of Finance and executive team
- →Own and refine Synapticure’s financial model across service lines
- →Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- →Develop and track key financial and operational KPIs
- →Partner with growth and business development teams to build deal models
- →Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- →Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- →Analyze financial performance drivers with operations, clinical, and revenue cycle teams
- →Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A function
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ✓6–10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership
- ✓Demonstrated success in high-growth environments
- ✓Experience in healthcare services, digital health, or healthcare SaaS
- ✓Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise
- ✓Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models
- ✓Experience partnering with senior leadership
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
