About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Writer to develop modern content for large websites with multiple departments and sizable portfolios of services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-level content strategies focusing on logical taxonomies and streamlined user journeys
- →Plan for the discovery, analysis, creation, delivery, and governance of content
- →Align content with business goals, stakeholder objectives, and user needs
- →Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
- →Create high-quality content pieces for content marketing needs
- →Edit and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of measurable experience in website content writing
- ✓Experience with SEO strategies and analytics
- ✓Knowledge of Sitecore or a comparable CMS
- ✓Expert copywriting and editing skills
- ✓Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Jira)
- ✓Effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- ✓Ability to distill complex concepts into simple ideas
- ✓Deadline-driven and able to handle simultaneous tasks
- ✓Comfort in suggesting better strategies or pointing out risks
- ✓Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- ✓Support teammates through development and delivery
- ✓Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- ✓Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Judgment in dealing effectively and diplomatically with government staff
