About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Weed Control Portfolio Lead to manage and deliver projects within the AMEA & JANZ Crop Protection Development portfolio. This role involves leading new active ingredients and product life cycle management projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead regional Weed Control portfolio of projects, including new active ingredients and product life cycle management
→Ensure delivery of projects in line with strategic drivers, timelines, and budget
→Work with Head Project & Portfolio Management to define regional development priorities
→Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership groups to drive project development
→Lead special projects and initiatives as needed
→Enable fact-based decision making focused on Value Over Investment
→Conduct formal reviews of project progress at stage gates

Requirements

✓Experience leading project portfolios in crop protection or agricultural development
✓Strong understanding of R&D governance frameworks and stage gate processes
✓Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
✓Expertise in risk management and resource deployment
✓Knowledge of global development standards and methodologies
✓Experience with project and portfolio management tools
✓Ability to represent regional positions in global development teams
