About the Role
We are looking for a PLM Process Expert to support the implementation of PLM capability in Syngenta. This role involves leading elements of PLM process design, solution delivery, data migration, and user testing and training.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with different functions and stakeholders to understand and translate business needs relevant to PLCM into value/use cases for process and system development
- →Contribute to the implementation and embedding of the PLM capability, providing expertise on PLM processes and systems
- →Provide PLM process support and act as a key point of contact for end users within the Product Data operating model
- →Provide education to users and SMEs, including development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials
- →Work with business users and DP&I Product Managers to drive additional value and data quality through process optimization and automation related to PLM
- →Design, run, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for changes and support transitions into steady state
- →Build a deep understanding of product data as it is managed through relevant functions such as Regulatory, Formulation, Packaging, and Procurement
- →Build knowledge and experimental mindset to leverage data, including strategic technologies like MDG, DataBricks, and AI
- →Support SMEs and Data Analysts to analyze existing data sources and prepare them for migration to PLM/MDG
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and systems
- ✓Experience with SAP PLM and MDG platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of process design, data migration, and user testing
- ✓Ability to provide training and education to users and SMEs
- ✓Knowledge of relevant functions such as Regulatory, Formulation, Packaging, and Procurement
- ✓Familiarity with strategic technologies like MDG, DataBricks, and AI
- ✓Experience with User Acceptance Testing and process optimization
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
