About the Role
Syngenta is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team in Zapopan, Jalisco, México. This role will support our mission to provide top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive business performance by supporting the sales team with customer marketing and demand generation activities
- →Implement the annual marketing plan in close connection with the sales team, including campaign planning, advertising, and promotion
- →Design and deliver campaigns, including NPIs, in cooperation with sales teams and Product Specialists
- →Provide data-driven customer insights and feedback to support business performance improvement
- →Work with Territory Product Specialists to communicate customer-facing product information in line with Product/Line strategy
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer marketing and demand generation
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing planning and campaign execution
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams
- ✓Data analysis skills to provide customer insights
- ✓Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
