• Plan and manage CPQ implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating efforts across business, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates as well as milestones and lead mitigation and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Allocate resources, track budgets, and ensure adherence to project goals and financial constraints.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and go-live processes to ensure successful deployment.
