About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team at the Crailsheim location. This role involves managing central HR processes, advising managers, and shaping change and development initiatives with internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for daily HR tasks for a defined support area at the Crailsheim location, focusing on the entire HR cycle (including resourcing, onboarding, employee development, and exit).
- →Serve as a contact person and advisor to managers for all HR processes and tools.
- →Act as the first point of contact for change management, organizational development, and talent development in close cooperation with our central functions.
- →Develop and implement HR projects and initiatives.
- →Analyze and optimize personnel processes and structures.
- →Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, both national and international, such as recruiting, human resource development, legal department, and employee representation.
