About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business. You will help rethink the paradigm of video creation and ensure Synthesia becomes a reference for what world-class enterprise product design looks like.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure our product continues to meet their needs.
- →Tackle complex and novel problems as we mature our nascent product and uncover new use cases.
- →Play a key role in the early stages of product development as part of a team that aspires to create one of the best designed SaaS tools out there.

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in designing SaaS web apps or B2C products.
- ✓Strong product opinions and taste.
- ✓Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.
- ✓Ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team.
- ✓Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour.
- ✓Proven track record of creating beautiful, cohesive and meaningful design and UI, strong attention to details.
- ✓Effective verbal and written communication skills.
