About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join Synthesia, a leading AI video platform for business. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring people partnering programs are delivered on time and designed well to support our rapidly growing population.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise and guide positive outcomes in people matters
- →Approach projects with strategic alignment to the business
- →Manage performance and coach teams and leaders to achieve goals
- →Provide expert advice on employee relations and casework
- →Support workforce, succession planning, and change management
- →Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple geographies
- →Communicate and collaborate in a fast-paced international environment
- →Utilize techstack including HiBob, Oyster, and Payfit
Requirements
- ✓6 to 8 years of experience in a People Partner/HRBP role
- ✓Capable of advising and guiding positive outcomes
- ✓Skilled in performance management and coaching
- ✓Knowledge of employment legislation, specifically UK, USA, EMEA, and APAC
- ✓Experience in high growth tech scale-up environments
- ✓Collaborative and inquisitive approach to challenges
- ✓High agency and urgency, resilient and adaptable
- ✓Self-starter who can work autonomously
- ✓Highly rational thinker capable of risk analysis and decision making
- ✓Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Automation-first mindset focused on operational task automation
